Shipping policy

Thanks for shopping with Fringe Golf. We ship across the United States and Canada, and we want to be upfront about how our fulfillment works so you know exactly what to expect.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii) and all Canadian provinces and territories. We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories. If you'd like to be notified when we expand, drop your email at the bottom of our site.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, the items in your cart, and the selected shipping speed. You'll see the exact cost before completing your order. Rates reflect carrier pricing from USPS, UPS, or DHL depending on the route.

Order processing and fulfillment

Fringe Golf products are fulfilled in two ways depending on the item:

In-house inventory. Items we stock locally typically ship within 2–3 business days of order placement. Once handed off to the carrier, transit times generally run 3–5 business days within the U.S. and 5–10 business days to Canada.

Print-on-demand items. Some of our products — particularly graphic tees and made-to-order pieces — are fulfilled through our production partner, Printful. These items are made to order and require additional production time before shipping. Please allow 2–7 business days for production, plus standard transit time. You'll see an estimated delivery window at checkout.

If your order includes both in-stock and made-to-order items, they may arrive in separate shipments at different times. You won't be charged extra for split shipments.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing the next business day.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or reach out to us — we're happy to help locate it.

Customs, duties, and taxes (Canadian orders)

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, GST/HST/PST, and customs fees assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency. These charges are determined by Canadian customs and are the responsibility of the recipient. Fringe Golf is not able to predict, control, or refund these fees. Carriers may also charge a brokerage fee for processing the shipment through customs.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate before ordering if duties are a concern.

Shipping delays

Once a package leaves our hands, transit is in the carrier's control. Severe weather, holiday volume, customs processing, and other factors can occasionally cause delays. If your order seems significantly delayed, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to track it down.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is marked delivered but missing, please first check with neighbors and your building, then contact the carrier with your tracking number. If it still doesn't turn up within 7 days of the delivery scan, reach out to us and we'll help file a claim.

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute packages once they've shipped, and packages returned to us due to an undeliverable address may be subject to reshipment fees.
