Do I need a full team?
No. Register as a foursome, a pair, or a single — we’ll pair solo players into a group so no one plays alone.
What’s the format?
A 4-player scramble: everyone tees off, you play the best shot, and repeat. It’s fast, social, and forgiving — fun for every skill level.
What skill level is this for?
All of them — weekend warrior to scratch. The scramble format keeps it fun and competitive for everyone.
What time should I arrive?
Come by 8:30–9:00 AM for check-in, breakfast, the range and the putting contest. The shotgun start is a hard 10:00 AM.
What should I wear?
Standard golf attire — collared shirt, golf slacks or shorts, no denim. Red Tail is non-metal spikes: soft spikes or golf sneakers only.
Do I bring my own clubs?
Yes, bring your own set. Rental clubs can be arranged through the Red Tail pro shop — just ask us in advance.
Is food & drink included?
Yes — continental breakfast, lunch at the turn, two drink tickets plus a beverage cart on course, and a full buffet reception after the round.
What if it rains?
We play rain or shine. Red Tail makes the final call on playability; if the club cancels for unplayable conditions, we’ll be in touch about rescheduling.
Where does the money go?
5% of proceeds fund brain health research and $10,000 goes in direct support to our sponsored athletes — on top of Fringe’s year-round giving.
Can I sponsor or donate instead?
Absolutely. We offer a range of sponsorship options, and we welcome raffle/auction donations and direct gifts. Email Wes and we’ll set it up.
When do I need to register by?
As early as you can — the field is capped at 120 players. Final pairings & details are confirmed the week before the event.
